Canceling Your Order:
Head to your orders page
Click "Upcoming"
Select the order you are looking to modify
On the bottom right-hand corner, you will find the button to cancel your order
Please remember to confirm that you wish to cancel your order
Keep in mind, if you do not see the option to cancel your order, then your order is past the cutoff time and can no longer be cancelled on your own.
If you are unable to cancel the order on your own, but cannot accept delivery:
Open a chat from the red chat icon in the bottom corner
Provide us with the order number
Decide whether you would like us to try and reschedule the order for another delivery day (and when you would prefer)
Click the 'Talk to a person' button and our team will handle your request within an hour
Canceling a Recurring Order:
You can cancel the recurring subscription by heading to the Orders page and navigating to the Recurring tab where you can directly click "Cancel Subscription". This will prevent the creation of any new recurring orders.
Please note: If there is an already-scheduled recurring order under your account, that order needs to be canceled individually. You can click the "Skip Order" button after you cancel your subscription to ensure that you do not receive your upcoming order or any other recurring ones.
Changing Items in Your Order:
Head to your orders page
Click "Upcoming"
Select the order you are looking to modify
Click "Edit Dishes."
At this point, you will be taken to your shef's menu page where you can add or remove dishes from your cart.
Once you are finished modifying your order, click "View updated cart"
You will see your adjusted order total and will be asked to confirm the change at the bottom of the page; please make sure to do so to ensure your changes are saved.
Keep in mind, if you do not see this option available it means you're not able to update your order any more.
Reschedule Your Order:
Head to your orders page
Click "Upcoming"
Select the order you are looking to modify
Click the "Edit Delivery" button located under the "Delivery & Payment" section.
At this point, you can choose a new delivery date from the drop-down menu. Be sure to change your changes!
Keep in mind, if you do not see this option available it means you're not able to reschedule your order any more.
Updating Delivery Information:
Head to your orders page
Click "Upcoming"
Select the order you are looking to modify
Click the "Edit Delivery" button on the top right located under the "Delivery & Payment" section
At this point, you can add or update your delivery address, the phone number associated with your order, and/or your delivery instructions. When you're done, make sure to save to ensure your changes are confirmed.
Keep in mind, if you do not see this option available it means you're not able to update your order any more.
