Before You Place An Order:
Head to the shef’s menu
Scroll down to where it says “Questions?”
Click on “Message this shef”.
A window will pop-up where you can start typing and sending messages directly to the shef
After You Placed An Order:
Head to your orders page
Select "Upcoming", "Previous", or "Recurring"
Click on “Message” next to the respective order that the shef has prepared
Please keep in mind: not all shefs have the bandwidth to accept customizations, so order customizations and personal requests cannot always be guaranteed. It is up to the shefs to decide if they can accept any special requests.
