Important steps before deleting
Cancel active orders or Meal Plans: Make sure to cancel any active orders or subscriptions to avoid unwanted deliveries or charges.
For shefs: Remove any availability you have set from your calendar and cancel any pending orders to ensure your customers know to not expect an order from you.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Click the “Profile” link from the main menu (top corner of Shef.com).
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and click “Delete your account”.
Follow the prompts to complete the deletion process.
