Important steps before deleting
Cancel active orders and subscriptions: Make sure to cancel any active orders, Weekly Shef Service subscriptions, or recurring orders to avoid unwanted deliveries or charges.
For shefs: Remove any availability you have set from your calendar and cancel any pending orders to ensure your customers know to not expect an order from you. Note: Deleting your account will also delete your menu and Shef profile, so first consider just removing your availability to pause your account if you think you might ever return to serving customers on Shef.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Click the “Profile” link from the main menu (top corner of Shef.com).
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and click “Delete your account”.
Follow the prompts to complete the deletion process.
