To request food customizations, you can connect with your shef directly through our chat feature.
Head to the shef’s menu.
Scroll all the way down to where it says “Questions?"
Click on the “Message your shef” button.
Type your message and click "Send".
Conversations can be continued from the "Messages" page found in the main menu of shef.com.
Please keep in mind: Not all shefs have the bandwidth to accept customizations, so order customizations and personal requests cannot always be guaranteed. It is up to the shefs to decide if they can accept any special requests.
Food allergies:
Although shefs try their best to list all the ingredients they use in each of their meals, they are unable to guarantee an allergy-free cooking environment. Therefore, if you have a severe food allergy, we would recommend not ordering on the platform at this time.
