Is my account and menu live to customers?

If you have completed all steps of Shef onboarding and our team has approved your account, the "My Availability" section of your Shef Dashboard will be unlocked. After selecting the days you want to be available to fulfill orders on your availability calendar and clicking 'Save', you will be live on shef.com!

After building your menu and profile (find a list of required steps here), we usually review and approve your shef account within 5 days (separately, menu items typically take 3-5 days for review and approval). We will send you a text and email letting you know that your account has been approved.
