Only one gift card or promo code can be used per order. To use your gift card balance toward an order, enter the code into the "Promo Code" field at checkout. The amount on your gift card will be deducted from your order total. Any amount not used will be carried over using the same code.

Please note: You still need to enter your credit card information at checkout when using a gift card. If your gift card is more than your order total, then your credit card will not be charged.

To check the balance on your gift card, reach out to our support team using the chat icon in the bottom-right-hand corner of the screen. Make sure to have your gift card code ready. You can find your 5-digit code in your digital gift card email delivered by our GiftUp! partners.
