Placing an Order with a Gift Card:
Only one gift card or promo code can be used per order. To use your gift card balance toward an order, enter the code into the "Promo Code" field at checkout. The amount on your gift card will be deducted from your order total. Any amount not used will be carried over using the same code.
Please note: You still need to enter your credit card information at checkout when using a gift card. If your gift card is more than your order total, then your credit card will not be charged.
Checking Gift Card Balance:
To check the balance on your gift card, reach out to us using the Support widget at the bottom-right-hand corner of the screen with your gift card code. You can find your 5-digit code in your digital gift card email delivered by our GiftUp! partners.
