How do I use promo codes?

Promo codes can be applied on the checkout screen when placing an order. There are a couple types of promo codes, ones that automatically apply to your order, and ones you have to manually enter on the checkout screen.

Promo codes are typically applied at the order confirmation stage, which occurs before the order cutoff time.

Promo codes that apply automatically

Two types of promos are applied to your cart automatically, so they do not need to be manually entered:

  1. Free delivery promos

    1. You will automatically receive free delivery if your subtotal after any promos are applied exceeds the amount required for free delivery (currently $40 in most areas).

  2. New user promos

    1. If you are a new user and use a promo code that is valid for multiple orders (for example, $20 off your first 2 orders), then the promotion will automatically apply to all orders after your first order.

    2. For the first order, you may need to manually apply the promo code to your cart.

If you skip a scheduled order, the promo code will roll over and apply to the next eligible order at checkout.

Promo codes that must be manually applied

With the exception of free delivery promos and discounts for new user promos that are valid for multiple orders, all other promo codes must be applied manually at checkout.

If a promo code does not apply as expected, review your order charges to confirm the discount is missing and contact support for assistance.

Manually apply a promo code by following these steps:

  1. Once you've finished adding items to your cart, click "Checkout".

  2. Scroll down to the "Promo code or Gift card" section.

  3. Type your promo code into the grey box that says "Promo Code."

  4. Click "Apply".

  5. If the promo code is valid, you will see the promo applied to your price breakdown.

Troubleshooting and Manual Adjustment Process

If you notice that your promo code has not been applied after the order confirmation, follow these steps:

  1. Review your order charges to confirm the discount is missing.

  2. Contact customer support with details of your order and promo code.

  3. The support team will process a manual adjustment to apply the discount.
