However, gift cards can be used towards purchases from the Shef Marketplace, which is where you can place single orders from your favorite shefs without signing up for a Weekly Shef Service subscription.

To check the balance on your gift card, send a message to our support team using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner. Make sure to have your 5-digit gift card code ready to provide to your support agent. The code can be found in your digital gift card email delivered by our GiftUp! partners.
