Honest feedback is one of the best ways to recommend shefs to others, or to suggest opportunities for improvement. To rate and review shefs and the dishes they have prepared for you:
Head to your orders page from the main menu of shef.com and find the order you want to leave feedback about.
Click the "Review" button for that order.
You will be able to provide feedback for each dish you received, leave a public review that other customers can see, and can even send your shef a private message if you had any private questions or feedback to share with them.
