Can I message shefs before I place an order?

Have a special request? Have dietary restrictions? Want to make a dish less spicy? You are able to send a message to any shef before you add their dishes to your cart.

How to send a message

  1. On the dish selection page, click on the shef's name that you want to message

  2. On the following page, scroll down and click on "Message Shef..."

Where can I see the shef's response?

Your shefs will get back to you as quickly as they can. Their responses will appear in the “Messages” section of the main menu.
