Delivery Process

Tracking Your Delivery:

Your order will arrive in the delivery window that was selected at checkout. On the morning of your delivery day, you'll receive an email explaining the details of your delivery. When your order is on the way or about to be delivered to you, you'll receive a text (to the number you provided at checkout). Depending on where you're located, the text may include a tracking link and an ETA.

Please keep in mind that delivery status texts may vary in different cities.

Missed Deliveries:

The driver will call or text you in case you’re not at home when they arrive. If they can’t reach you, and they determine that the address is in a safe location, they will leave it outside your door. Please leave any special instructions in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout.

Meals typically stay cold in insulated bags for up to a couple of hours, but that is not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly! If the ice packs or water bottles in your delivery bag have thawed and the food is no longer cold, you should not eat it.

No-Contact Delivery:

If you would like to request a no-contact order delivery, you can do so by updating the “Delivery Instructions” section at checkout. Be sure to state “No-contact delivery requested” and provide the necessary instructions which include the exact drop-off location.
