There are no fees to set up an account on Shef. You are responsible for providing some of your own supplies (like food containers and a printer). You also will provide Shef with a current, valid food handler's certificate (which costs about $10). When selling your food on Shef, you keep 75% of all sales you make and 100% of customer tips, Shef keeps 25% to cover operations costs.
