Why did I receive dishes in my Meal Plan order that I didn't choose?

We understand how important it is to receive meals you’re excited about! If you received dishes you didn’t select, here’s why it might have happened:

Missed the order cutoff / automatic dish substitution

Meal selections need to be finalized before 3 PM, three days before your delivery day to ensure you get exactly what you’ve chosen. For example, if your delivery is on Sunday, the order cutoff time is Thursday at 3 PM.

If selections aren’t made by the deadline, we’ll repeat your meals from the previous week. If any of those meals are sold out or unavailable, we’ll make substitutions based on your taste profile to keep things delicious and aligned with your preferences.

Shef unavailability or sold out dishes

Sometimes, a shef may become unavailable or sell out of a specific dish. When this happens, our system will automatically select a replacement dish that matches your taste profile.

To avoid surprises, we recommend logging in each week before the cutoff to select your meals.
