Emails: We send two types of emails: order details, and marketing emails. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, simply scroll to the bottom of a marketing emails and hit the unsubscribe button. Please do not click unsubscribe on emails regarding information about your orders as you will no longer receive confirmations when placing an order, or order tracking info on delivery day.
Texts: To unsubscribe from text messages, respond to the text with "Stop" and you will be automatically unsubscribed from texts.

To resubscribe to any communications from Shef, send a message to our support team and we will make sure to get you set back up for the communications you want to receive.
