If you need to change the address where your Weekly Meal Plan gets delivered, here's what you can do:
For a permanent change: You’ll need to cancel your current meal plan and sign up for a new one with your updated address (instructions below).
For a one-time change: Contact our support team using the chat icon in the bottom corner and we’ll do our best to update the address for your upcoming order. Address changes the same day as delivery are not always possible since delivery routes are set ahead of time.
If you need to cancel your plan and start a new one for a permanent Meal Plan address change, follow these steps:
Click "Manage meal plan" from the main menu (top left corner of shef.com)
Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel meal plan"
Follow the prompts to select if you want to keep or cancel your upcoming order
Once cancelled, click "Build your Weekly Meal Plan" from the main menu
You will be guided through the setup of your new Meal Plan
