To change the payment method for your Weekly Shef Service subscription, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one. During the sign-up process, you can add your updated payment information.
We know this isn’t the most convenient process, but it ensures everything is set up correctly for your future deliveries.
Here’s how to cancel your Weekly Shef Service and start a new one:
Click "Manage weekly service" from the main menu (top left corner of shef.com)
Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel weekly service"
Follow the prompts to select if you want to keep or cancel your upcoming order
Once cancelled, click "Build your Weekly Shef Service" from the main menu
You will be guided through the setup of your new subscription.
Remember to update your payment information on the checkout screen.
