How do I edit the payment method for my Weekly Shef Service?

You can update the payment method for your Weekly Shef Service directly in your account:

  1. Click "Manage Service" from the top menu on shef.com.

  2. Select "Personal Information."

  3. Click "Edit" next to Payment Method.

  4. Enter your updated payment details and save your changes.

Important: Address changes must be made before the dish selection cutoff (3 days prior to delivery).

  • Changes made before the cutoff will apply to your upcoming delivery.

  • Changes made after the cutoff will only apply to future weeks, not the upcoming one.
