Delivery day details
You select which day your Meal Plan is delivered each week when first building your plan. You cannot change this day without cancelling and signing up for a new plan.
We'll send you an email on the morning of your delivery day each week with info about your order arriving that day. Your order will arrive during the delivery window you chose at checkout. We’ll also send you a text when it’s on the way or about to arrive, and depending on where you live, the text might include a tracking link and an ETA.
Tips for a smooth delivery
When you’re first building your Meal Plan, be sure to leave good delivery instructions in the “Delivery Instructions” box on the checkout page (do you want your order left somewhere specific? Does your building require a door code?). This makes it easier for drivers to find your location, and for you to find your order.
If you’re not home when they arrive, the driver will call or text you. If they can’t reach you, they’ll leave your order at the door, or at the entrance to your community.
Keeping your meals fresh
Meals are packed to stay cold in insulated bags for a couple of hours, but it’s not a guarantee. Be sure to bring your order inside as soon as you can. If the ice packs or water bottles have thawed and the food is no longer cold, we recommend not eating it.
