How do I get my reusable container deposit back?

If you cancel your weekly Shef service, we’ll send you an email to arrange the pickup of your reusable containers. Fill out the form we send and we will arrange a driver pickup for the day you have selected. Once we’ve received and confirmed the return, we’ll process your container deposit refund. This typically occurs within 2 days of container pickup.
