Why did I receive dishes in my Weekly Delivery order that I didn't choose?

We understand how important it is to receive meals you’re excited about! If you received dishes you didn’t select, here’s why it might have happened:

Missed the order cutoff / automatic dish substitution

Meal selections need to be finalized before 3 PM, three days before your delivery day to ensure you get exactly what you’ve chosen. For example, if your delivery is on Sunday, the order cutoff time is Thursday at 3 PM.

If selections aren’t made by the deadline, we will select recommended dishes based on your taste profile. To avoid surprises, we recommend logging in each week before the cutoff to select your meals.
