You can update the delivery address and delivery notes for your Weekly Delivery subscription directly in your account:
Go to shef.com and click Manage Service in the top right corner.
Click Edit next to Personal Information.
Click on Address and phone
Add a new address or click on Make Default if you are selecting an existing address. Please include specific details such as apartment or unit numbers, gate or door codes, and landmarks to ensure accurate deliveries.
Note: Changes to your address will only apply to orders that have not yet been processed. If you need to change the address of an order that is already in progress (the editing window has already closed), please reach out to the support team directly.
