Your Weekly Delivery orders are delivered once per week on the day that works best for you. Delivery days vary by location.
Choosing Your Delivery Day
When you sign up, you’ll select your preferred delivery day and delivery windows from the available options in your area.
Changing Your Delivery Day
You can update your delivery day anytime:
Click Manage Service in your account.
Choose a new delivery day from the available options.
Your updated schedule will apply to your next order.
Adding an Extra Delivery or One-Time Order
If you’d like to supplement your weekly delivery, you can place a one-time (à la carte) order:
Go to the Shef website.
Select Schedule a one-time order (or open the menu in the top left and select the same option).
Enter your zip code if prompted.
Browse dishes and add your selections to your cart.
